やはり東方ぎみとなったが、それでも突風が吹いている。進路図を見ると暴風域 すれすれみたいだ（←と書いたらいつのまにか県全域暴風域になったけど…）。 うーん、風というか長時間の雨のせいで外出できない…。風もかなり強いが。 高知県に上陸し、今年10個目の上陸台風
