ざわわと東風、曇り時々雨なり。 気温30度　体感湿度：普通~ 　　　{/m_0002/}　　{/m_0003/}　　{/m_0228/} 残念ながら本日のサイパン島に は、全くと云って良い程に青空 が見えない。 つまり雲が隙間なく、って事。 　　　やれやれ…　{/hamster_6/} 先ず天気図を確認すると、どう したって台風22号 NIDA はほぼ 停滞しつつも、じんわりと進路 は西らしい。 なのでこの島を鬱陶しい空模様 にしている低気圧は、どうして もマリアナ諸島を越え北西へと 移動するらしい。 いい加減、台風の勢力も衰えて はくれないものかと思うのだが、 未だ中心気圧 975h...
