えー、７號ロウキー発生した時にも愚痴りましたが、どーしてこのあわただしい時に限って発生するのかしら。とゆーことで、７月23日16時45分に今年８番目の颱風ソンカー(SONCA～さえずる鳥：ベトナム命名)が、南シナ海の東京湾(トンキンわん)で発生しました。４個も颱風並んだ
