サイパンの直ぐ上で発生した台風14号NABIが、日本でこんなに大暴れするなんて。。。。 貯水率100%になった早明浦ダム、良かったですね。 被害に遭われた方々に心からお見舞い申し上げます。 島は最近、このNABIだけではなく11号MAWAR・12号GUCHOL・13号TALIM等の影響を受け続け、ダイビングには厳しいコンディションでした。幸いな事に、昨年の8号TINGTING・16号CHABAに比べれば、教訓もあってか被害は押さえられたと思われ。 ただしNABIの場合、前夜までラジオやTVの雲画像チャンネルでしつこく まだ台風ではない！ を繰り返していたので、何の支度もなしに翌朝の台風コン...
