台風８号、沖縄の近海で発生しました～。先日から「熱帯低気圧が発生してるなー」と見ていたもの。どっこい、動かないし。ずっと停滞したまま、熱帯低気圧だし。今日になってやっと予報が「南下」に変わり、動く様子が見えました。で、台風に昇格、と。前回の台風７号で被害
