6月8日(土)21時頃フィリピンの東海上にあった熱帯低気圧が台風3号になりました。今年は傾向として今までは太平洋高気圧の張り出しが弱くこのままこの状況が続けば本土は少雨で梅雨明けしそうですが、この台風3号発生で進路によっては本土に対しては恵みの雨をもたらしそうで
