離島の船舶･航空運航情報 Typhoon 201312 Kagoshima 2013-08-18 11:15:10
17日の始めに書き込んだ先島諸島の南で停滞して暫く奄美諸島に影響が出そうになかったもう一つの熱低が18日午前9時に台風12号に発達したようです。こちらは沖縄の南海上で暫く停滞しますがその間に発達を続けそうなので予想進路を含め発達状況にも注意を払った方が良いでしょ
