えー、昨夜、書き散らしたように朝６時くらいに今年25番目の颱風チャンパー(CHAMPI～赤いジャスミン：ラオス命名)が、マリアナ諸島近海に発生しました。今後は西に進み、小笠原諸島付近で北に転身する模様。先島諸島に直接的な影響はなさそうです。衛星画像を見ても日本列島
