今朝ほど、今年25番目の颱風キロギー ((KIROGI～雁(ガン)：北朝鮮命名)が、南シナ海に発生しました。さすがに精力は弱く、このままインドトナ半島の南部に向かう模様。緯度がかなり低く、北緯10度あたりなので、ベトナムのホーチミン(旧サイゴン)や、カンボジアの首都プノン
